Please Pray for Little Mary

A friend that we know from Josh's home church in Iowa, Heidi Zander, has a little three year old girl named Mary. She seemed perfectly healthy. Around Thanksgiving, they noticed a bump beginning to form on the front of her neck. The first part of December, they took her in to get it checked. The doctors said she has something called hystiocytosis. This disease causes pockets of air to develop under the skin that can interfere with the function of other vital organs, and seems to effect mostly the lungs. The doctor's only gave her three or four weeks to live after the initial prognosis in the beginning of December. She seemed completely fine before then! The little darling is still hanging on though.
